PM Deuba Inaugurates Butwal Int’l Conference Centre

Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has inaugurated international conference centre in Butwal city today.

The conference centre built at Ramnagar of Butwal Submetropolis-8 was inaugurated amidst a function. The event was also attended by Home Minister Balkrishna Khand, Minister for Urban Development, Metmani Chaudhary, former Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, Bishnu Poudel, and former Minister for Urban Development, Ramkumari Jhankri, among others.

The centre was built in two phases with the cost of Rs 1.11 billion. The conference centre which is connected to the East-West Highway from Butwal is constructed in the shape of national flag of Nepal.

The conference centre has the capacity to accommodate 1,000 people.
